- Captain Barbara, dressed in full pirate attire, to facilitate games, entertain, lead activities, and provide table service for the children.

- Use of our dress-up costumes and accessories for children to wear during the party. Boys can choose from our assortment of fearsome pirate paraphanalia. Girls can choose to be princesses, mermaids, gypsies, or pirate girls. Costumes are presented on padded satin hangers on a decorated rolling rack with full length dressing mirror.
- Advance costume fitting, accessories selection, and face painting for the guest of honor.
- Our buccaneer crew will receive hand painted battle scars, beards, and tattoos. Princesses, gypsies, and mermaids can choose from costume appropriate face painting or light, age correct make-up application.

- A pirate naming ceremony, including a keepsake personalized Letter of Marque for the birthday child.
- Pirate boot camp activity for beginner buccaneers.

Pirates of Port Royal ParTea for 8* $650 Additional children may be added at $20 each to a maximum of 12 total.
Invitations will be mailed to you upon receipt of your signed Performance Agreement, reservation fee, and invitation list. An invitation list, complete with contact names and phone numbers, is due to Sterling Entertainment not less than three weeks prior to the party date to ensure adequate time for guests to receive invitations and reply. Additional invitations, including envelopes and standard delivery postage, are available for $3 each.
*All items provided - including, but not limited to costumes, props, tablesettings, decor, etc. - are the property of Sterling Entertainment, and are for use during the supervised entertainment only. Items remain the property of Sterling Entertainment unless specified in the Performance Agreement. Items are not available for sale or individual rental.
