Your two hour Pirate ParTea for 8 includes*:

• 8 invitations addressed, stamped, and ready for you to mail. Additional children may be added to a maximum of 12 total.
• Advance event planning and telephone support.
• Captain Barbara, dressed in full pirate attire, to facilitate games, entertain, lead activities, and provide table service for the children.
• Complete event day set-up and clean up of party area. 

• Pirate themed decoration for front yard, walkway, or doorway to party.
• A theme decorated welcome table with customized, framed greeting.
• A themed craft project for 8 children to make and take home.
• Selected pirate music played throughout.

• Use of our dress-up costumes and accessories for children to wear during the party. Boys can choose from our assortment of fearsome pirate paraphanalia. Girls can choose to be princesses, mermaids, gypsies, or pirate girls. Costumes are presented on padded satin hangers on a decorated rolling rack with full length dressing mirror.
• Advance costume fitting, accessories selection, and face painting for the guest of honor.
• Our buccaneer crew will receive hand painted battle scars, beards, and tattoos. Princesses, gypsies, and mermaids can choose from costume appropriate face painting or light, age correct make-up application.

• Use of our child size throne and shipwreck backdrop for photos.
• A pirate naming ceremony, including a keepsake personalized Letter of Marque for the birthday child.  
• Pirate boot camp activity for beginner buccaneers. 
• Use of props and equipment for themed games, including our inflatable pirate ship ring toss game.
• A digital photo of each child, printed on site.

• A child size table set for 8 with Crown Castle pewter-look plates and tankards, fabric tablecloths and napkins, wood napkin rings, and real flatware.
• Service bell exclusively for use by the birthday child during the party.
• Tablescape includes model ships and pirate map placemats.
• Child size chairs with themed chair decoration.
• A pirate inspired menu.

• Keepsake menu card, framed and displayed on the table.
• Personalized place cards in holders.
• Souvenir "Bucaneering for Beginners - Your guide to becoming a pirate" booklet for each child to take home.
