Hear ye, brave knights and fair maidens, the King commands your presence.

Your two hour Knights of the Long Table ParTea for 8 includes*:

• 8 invitations addressed, stamped, and ready for you to mail.
• Advance event planning and telephone support.
• A party hostess to facilitate games, entertain, lead activities, and provide table service for the children.
• Complete event day set-up and clean up of party area.
  
  

• Knight themed decor for the front yard, walkway, or doorway to party.
• A theme decorated welcome table with customized, framed greeting.
• 5 ft. tall decorative suit of armor and heraldic banners.
• A themed craft project for 8 children to make and take home.
• Selected medieval music played throughout. Sound system provided.

• Use of our dress-up costumes and accessories for children to wear during the party. Boys can choose from our assortment of knightly armor, princely tunics, and courtly capes. Girls can select from our beautiful collection of royal princess gowns.Costumes are presented on padded satin hangers on a decorated rolling rack with full length dressing mirror.
• Advance costume fitting, accessories selection, and face painting for the guest of honor.
• Our brave knights receive painted battle scars, beards, and tattoos. Damsels receive a touch of light, age correct makeup.
  
  

• Use of our child siz throne and velvet backdrop for photos.
• A knighting ceremony, including a keepsake Proclamation for the birthday child.
• Knight training activity.
• Use of props and equipment for themed games.
• A digital photo of child, printed on site, for them to take home.

• A child size table set for 8 with Crown-Castle metal plates, Wilton pewter look goblets, fabric table cloths and napkins, napkin rings, and real flatware.
• Service bell exclusively for the use of the birthday child during the party.
• Medieval table scape.
• Child size chairs with fabric chair sashes and shield chair decoration.
• A feast fit for the King of the Castle.
  

• Keepsake menu cards, framed and displayed on the table.
• Personalized themed place cards in holders.
• Each child will take home a Knights of the Long Table ParTea gift bag. The guest of honor also receives a special gift.
• A gift register along with 8 stamped, addressed Thank-You notes for you and your child to fill out and mail together.

Additional children may be added at $20 each to a maximum of 12 total.

Invitations will be mailed to you upon receipt of your signed Performance Agreement, reservation fee, and invitation list. An invitation list, complete with contact names and phone numbers is due to Sterling Entertainment not less than three weeks prior to the party date to ensure adequate time for guests to receive their invitation and reply. Additional invitations, including envelopes and standard delivery postage, are available for $3 each.



*All items provided - including, but not limited to costumes, props, tablesettings, decor, etc. - are the property of Sterling Entertainment, and are for use during the supervised entertainment only. Items remain the property of Sterling Entertainment unless specified in the Performance Agreement. Items are not available for sale or individual rental.
