Princess Perfect ParTea
 (ages 4 - 8)
Hear ye, hear ye all princesses and knights of the kingdom!
Your two hour Princess ParTea for 8 includes*:

• 8 invitations addressed, stamped, and ready for you to mail. Additional children may be added to a maximum of 12 total.
• Queen Barbara, dressed in appropriate regal attire, to facilitate games, entertain, lead activities, and provide table service for the children.
• Complete event day set-up and clean up. 

• A theme decorated welcome table with customized, framed greeting.
• A themed craft project for 8 children to make and take home.
• Selected princess music played throughout.

• Use of our dress-up costumes and accessories for children to wear during the party. Girls choose from our glittering princess ballgowns, crystal tiaras, jewelry, gloves, and shoes. Boys are invited to don knights armor and helm, or a princely tunic and crown. Costumes are presented on padded satin hangers on a rolling rack with full length dressing mirror.
• Advance gown fitting, accessories selection, and makeup application for the birthday child.
• Light, age correct makeup to enhance the beauty of the princesses. Heroic knights and princes receive painted battle scars or tattoos. 

• A child size throne, carpet runway, and regal purple velvet backdrop for coronation ceremony and photos.
• A coronation ceremony for the birthday child, including a keepsake personalized Royal Proclamation.
• Organized themed games like pass-the-glass-slipper.
• Lesson in Royal Comportment and Tiara Maintenance.
• Inflatable princess castle ring toss game.
• A digital photo of each child, printed on site.

• A child size table set for 8 with damask table linens, child size Royal Alister flatware, Royal Albert Old Country Roses child size china tea tea cups and dinnerware.
• Silver plated tea service, tier server, and serveware.
• Child size chairs with damask chair slips.
• Real flowers.
• A princess inspired tea menu.

• Keepsake menu card, framed and displayed on the tea table.
• Personalized place cards in holders.
• Princess Ceremony Program for each child to take home.
• A child size silver plated tea service, tiny tier server, and service bell exclusively for use by the birthday child during the party.
• Each child will take home a Princess ParTea gift bag. The guest of honor also receives a special gift.
• A gift register with 8 stamped, addressed Thank-You notes for you and your child to fill out and mail together.

Additional children may be added at $20 each to a maximum of twelve total.

Invitations will be mailed to you upon our receipt of your signed Performance Agreement, reservation fee, and invitation list. An invitation list, complete with contact names and phone numbers, is due to Sterling Entertainment not less than four weeks prior to the party date to ensure adequate time for guests to receive and respond to invitations. Additional invitations, including envelope and standard delivery postage, are available for $3 each.

 *All items provided - including, but not limited to costumes, props, tablesettings, decor, etc. - are the property of Sterling Entertainment, and are intended for use during the supervised entertainment only. Said items remain the property of Sterling Entertainment unless specified in the signed Performance Agreement. Items are not for sale or individual rental.
