Keiki Luau ParTea (ages 4 - 7)
Aloha! Shake it up with our two hour island adventure for 8.
Your Luau ParTea includes*: |  |
- Advance event planning and telephone support.
- 8 invitations addressed, stamped, and ready for you to mail. Additional children may be added for a maximum of 12 total.
- An event day coordinator dressed in island costume to facilitate games, entertain, and provide table service for the children.
- Complete event day set-up and post party clean up of party area.

- A theme decorated welcome table with customized, framed greeting.
- A themed craft project for each child to make and take home.
- Use of game equipment for organized games like limbo, a re-lei race, fish net toss and a hula-hoop contest to Hawaiian music.
- Use of our dress-up costumes to wear during the party. Girls wear a grass skirt, silk flower in their hair, and silk flower lei and bracelets. Boys wear Aloha shirts, fern lei, and beachcomber hats.
- Tropical face painting.

- A keiki (child) size table set for eight with bright, tropic-inspired plates, cups, cloth napkins with bead and silk flower napkin rings, and flatware on bamboo place mats over a Tiki print tablecloth. The child size chairs are adorned with hibiscus print chair slips trimmed with grass fringe. The guest of honor sits at the head of the table in our exclusive Hawaiian ali'i (royal) throne.

- A Hawaiian inspired luau feast.
- Tropical beverages served with decorative straws and little umbrellas.
- Personalized place cards with names in English and Hawaiian.
- Customized keepsake menu card framed and displayed on buffet table.
- Luau banner, Tiki figures, and other decorative elements.

- Learn to play authentic Hawaiian musical instruments like the ipu (gourd drum), 'ili 'ili (stone castenets), kala'au (rhythm sticks), uli uli (feathered rattle), and puili (slashed bamboo sticks).
- Learn how to do a simple Hawaiian hula, swing Maori poi balls, and dance a Tahitian ote'a with hand tassles.
- A digital photo of each child in front of our tropical beach photo backdrop, printed on site.

- Each child will take home a candy lei, and a Keiki Luau gift bag. The guest of honor also receives a special gift.
- A gift register and 8 stamped, addressed Thank-You notes for you and your child to say Mahalo to your guests.

Additional children may be added at $15 each to a maximum of twelve total.
Invitations will be mailed to you upon our receipt of your signed Performance Agreement, reservation fee, and invitation list. An invitation list, complete with contact names and phone numbers, is due to
Sterling Entertainment not less than four weeks prior to the party date
to ensure adequate time for guests to receive and respond to invitations.
Additional invitations, including envelope and standard delivery postage, are available for $3 each.
*All items provided - including, but not limited to, costumes, props, table settings, decor, etc. -
are the property of Sterling Entertainment, and are intended for use during the supervised
entertainment only. Said items remain the property of Sterling Entertainment unless
specified in the signed Performance Agreement. Items are not available for sale or individual rental.
