Wonderland ParTea (Ages 4 - 8)
Fall down the rabbit hole into our
 2 hour event for 8 children.
Your Wonderland ParTea includes*:

  • 8 invitations addressed, stamped, and ready for you to mail.
  • An event coordinator dressed as the Queen of Hearts to facilitate games, entertain, lead activities, and provide table service for the children.
  • Complete event day set-up and post party clean up of party area. 
  • A theme decorated welcome table with customized, framed greeting.
  • A themed craft for 8 children to make and take home.
  • Selected Wonderland music played throughout.
  • Use of our Alice style pinafores, character dress-up accessories, Mad Hatter hats, ties, and jackets for children to wear during the party.
  • Advance costume and accessories selection for the birthday child.
  • Whimsical face painting for each child.
  • A coronation ceremony to crown the birthday girl Princess of Hearts featuring a child size throne, red carpet, and backdrop.
  • Storytelling.
  • A manners and etiquette lesson "The Queen's Way".
  • A rousing game of Flamingo Croquet, Pass-The-Teapot, and other organized themed games.
  • A digital photo of each child, printed on site.
  • A child size table set for 8 with white lace or pink damask table linens, an ecletic assortment of vintage china cups with saucers, fresh flowers, "drink me" potion bottles, and china tea pots of every shape and size.
  • Child size chairs with themed chair decoration.
  • Personalized porcelain place cards.
  • A Wonderland inspired tea menu.
  • A keepsake menu card, framed and displayed on the tea table.
  • Each child will take home a Wonderland ParTea gift bag. The guest of honor also receives a special gift.
  • A gift register and 8 stamped, addressed Thank-You notes for you and your child to fill out and mail together.

Additional children may be added at $15 each to a maximum of 12 total.

Invitations will be mailed to you upon receipt of your signed Performance Agreement, reservation fee, and invitation list. An invitation list, complete with contact names and phone numbers, is due to Sterling Entertainment not less than three weeks prior to the party date to ensure adequate time for guests to receive invitations and reply. Additional invitations, including envelopes and standard delivery postage, are available for $3 each.


*All items provided - including, but not limited to costumes, props, tablesettings, decor, etc. - are the property of Sterling Entertainment, and are for use during the supervised entertainment only. Items remain the property of Sterling Entertainment unless specified in the Performance Agreement. Items are not available for sale or individual rental.
